Covered in 300 thread count cotton sateen casing, these divine pillows have the same wonderful health properties as the silk duvet inners. Filled with layers and layers of handstretched Grade A pure mulberry silk floss, wrapped around a polyester core. These luxuriously soft pillows gently cradle you head, allowing you to breathe easier and keep your head cool. Hypoallergenic, naturally healthy, easy to shape and very nuturing.
CARE AND CLEANING OF YOUR SILK FILLED PRODUCTS.
Your silk product will last a lifetime if proper care is taken
- Always use a removable cover to protect the silk product from dirt and stains.
- Air outdoors every 3 months for 2 hours and up to a maximum of 3 hours.
This should be all that is needed to keep your silk product fresh and clean. Silk fibres do not absorb moisture or odours, avoiding the necessity to wash your inner to freshen it up.
SILK PRODUCTS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE FREQUENT COMPLETE CLEANING IS NECESSARY. ONLY USE WET CLEANING WHEN ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL.
Should your silk product require deeper cleaning, please follow these steps:
- Isolate the soiled area only.
- Hand wash with cold water and a very gentle washing agent. (A special silk washing agent is perfect).
- Do not use bleach or strong detergents.
- Rinse thoroughly and squeeze excess water by pressing the two sides of the silk product together
- Do not wring.
- Dry flat.
- Dry cleaning uses chemicals which may damage the silk fibres and is not recommended.
- Do not tumble dry or iron.
Do not shake silk product strongly as this may displace the hand layered silk floss.
Damage to your silk product caused by incorrect care will void your warranty.
