Returns & Exchanges

Free NZ Delivery on all purchases.

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.

You may choose a refund or an exchange.

Change of Mind Returns

If you return an item because you've changed your mind, it doesn't suit, or you no longer want it:

• You are responsible for arranging and paying the return postage.
• The original postage cost we paid to send your order will be deducted from your refund, even if your order qualified for free NZ delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a refund or exchange and cover all reasonable postage costs.

Sale Items

Sale, clearance and reduced-price items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.
